I recently used Brookland Construction Developments Ltd to resolve a subsidence issue with my garage. Although it was a only small job or rebuilding 2 walls (with suitable strengthened footings) and putting a door in, Craig and Karl were professional to the last and treated it with the same attention to detail that I felt they would any job really; large or small.

The advice they gave me initially proved sound when dealing with the insurance company which meant I got the result I wanted.

It was a very short project for them however they were always on time, never disappearing elsewhere, worked hard to meet my expectations and never let me down.

Everytime I look out my living room patio, I have a beautiful wall to form a boundary to my property!

After Brooklands Construction Development Ltd did such a wonderful job in building a bungalow for my parents we decided to use their services to fully gut, refurbish and build a large two storey extension to our 1930’s home.

The work was carried out to an excellent standard and we were kept updated on issues as they arose. Brooklands ensured that all subcontractors were able to provide a high standard of work and ensured that they were all programmed in to do their aspect of the refurbishment as and when necessary.

The Brooklands team had a high regard for detail from matching the bricks on the original house build for the extention to measuring the concrete spacing between courses to ensure the brickwork on the new extention matched that of the existing house.

The team at Brooklands were very hard workers who were friendly and approachable and always ensured that the site was left in clean and safe manner at the end of each day.

Deciding to build a new house in the garden of an existing property is by no means something to take lightly.

Brooklands Construction Developments came recommended by our architect. In the first instance they not only turned up to meet us (which rarely happened with other building companies) but also gave us a very competitive quote and could start when we wanted them to.

Throughout the build they kept us informed every step of the way and always sought our approval. In addition, the project was finished on schedule to a very high standard.

The build took place during the winter and they did not miss a day on site even during the bad weather. We were delighted and still are with the end result and we would certainly recommend Brooklands to anyone.

To Whom It May Concern:

Following a recommendation from our architect and subject to competitive tendering Brooklands Construction Development Ltd were chosen to construct a split level bungalow to link in with an existing building on a small, sloping and challenging parcel of land.

In agreeing the contract start and finish dates were agreed, with the stipulation that Brooklands would not leave the site until the project was completed and handed over. All these requirements were met and the build came in on budget.

The control of sub-contractors was meticulous. They arrived on time, and were always competent and efficient. Throughout the finished build, there is evidence of quality and the standards required by Brooklands have provided us with a wonderful home which we are very proud of.

Any difficulties and challenges encountered were always overcome without us having to worry or be concerned. Visits by Local Authority Building Inspectors were always complimentary about the standard of construction.
